Spirit Guide Communication Through Dreaming

Dreaming is actually one of the easiest, most natural ways to connect with the spirit world. For over fifty years scientists have continued to study the science behind dreaming. The only really, really solid reason they have come up with for the reason behind why we dream is because we get sleepy! It has had scientists baffled for years, and will continue to do so, as they are not looking for the answers they are seeking in the right place. They have failed to study dreaming/sleeping from a spiritual aspect, as they are scientists, studying from the physical side. From a physical perspective they have proven that we get enough rest during the day from sitting at our desks, driving our cars, and sitting while watching TV, that sleep is not required for our physical body.

It is, however, required for our spiritual health. We have been programmed through our Soul DNA, or spiritual genetic system, to spiritually align ourselves every single day, and it’s called sleep. Sleep is how we spiritually align ourselves. What is spiritual alignment? It is a time in which we break away from the physical realm and its limitations, to explore other dimensions, other realities, and become spiritually free with no limitations. We astral travel, we have complete access to the spirit world, and we reach higher consciousness. It is, and should be, viewed as an extension of your reality. Nowadays, you are told from a very young age that your dreams are like a fantasy or something that does not exist. Eventually, you start to believe this information as fact, that dreaming is not a reality. For the last five hundred years or so, dreaming has very much been viewed as useless; it is just something you do each night between “real life.” But it has not always been this way. In fact, it used to be very different!

Dreaming is something that has been embraced a lot more in history than it is now. Dreaming is taken for granted in the modern world, mostly because of people’s lack of understanding, and the knowledge behind why we dream having been lost and/or forgotten. Ancient civilizations had a great understanding of why we dream, and they used to revolve their everyday lives around what they would see in their dreams. In fact, it was very important in helping them function. Dreams were found recorded on clay tablets dating back to around 4000—3000 BC. Ancient civilizations didn’t see dreaming as just something you do while you sleep, they actually saw it as an extension of our reality. They didn’t seem to try and separate the differences between real life and dreaming but instead molded them together as one and lived their lives this way. Romans and Greeks are great examples on how big of an impact dreams had on their lives. They believed that dreams were direct messages from the Gods forewarning them about future events, or advice and guidance of what they should do. It was seen as a religious morale to listen to your dreams and was highly encouraged. They would not only listen to their dreams, but they would look at them as guidance. They would look into their dreams for answers to problems they were having. For example, before technology was invented to help diagnose a sickness, or help determine what medicine you should take, people would instead look to their dreams for answers on what was wrong with them, and how to heal themselves.

There were also dream analysts that people could go to if they didn’t understand their dreams. The dream analysts would analyze the dream for you and give you the messages behind your dreams. Dream analysts were looked up to and highly respected. They were usually a big part of the decision making process for the government or the military. Military leaders would use them to help with tactics in order to defeat their enemies. In the Hellenistic times in Greece, they built temples called Asclepieions, where sick people would go and sleep, and the cures would be given to them via dreams.

Ancient Chinese and Mexican civilizations believed that your spirit would actually leave your body while you were dreaming and it would wander to other places. They believed that if you were to awaken while your body was in a deep sleep, and your spirit was wandering, that it would not find its way back to the body, therefore, you would die. Some cultures still look down upon alarm clocks, for fear of suddenly being woken up. They also believed they were able to speak to their ancestors through their dreams, and that their ancestors were made up of different objects or parts of nature in the dreams, but their spirit was in them. As you can see, dreams had a huge impact on people’s lives back in history, and many of them had the same theory of being guided and warned of events in the waking life. However, dreaming was not always looked at as something positive. During the middle ages people looked at dreams as horrible tricks. People believed that while you where dreaming, the devil was tempting you with certain images and temptations in your most vulnerable state. Therefore, they did not embrace dreams, and basically had the exact opposite understanding of them than more ancient civilizations. Now, when you get into more modern times, scientists started doing tests on the brain and body while you’re in a dreaming state and found that there is a lot more brain activity going on than when you’re awake.

It seems like now people are so sidetracked by technology and materials that they have lost interest in one of the most amazing abilities that they have. The ability to spiritually align yourself and shift dimensions while being able to maintain a physical existence!

So now that you have a better understand of what dreaming actually is – an extension of your reality – and that it also naturally allows you very easy access into the spirit world, I am going to give you an exercise. I am sure you have heard of this exercise before, it is called dream journaling.

Dream Journaling Exercise

Why dream journaling? Because this is the first step in helping you to remember your dreams, even if you do not think that you dream. Secondly, it will allow you to become more familiar with this “other reality” and the other dimensions that you visit. When you become more aware of these things, and you realize on a waking consciousness level that other realities exist and other experiences with the consciousness are possible, then you activate certain potentials within yourself. It alters electromagnetic connections both within the mind, brain, and even perceptive mechanisms. These things will then bring together reservoirs of energy allowing the waking conscious mind to increase its sensitivity. This allows you to no longer be afraid of other realities, which is a huge step in letting your resistance down in order to develop spirit communication. Lastly, it will help you to learn how to analyze what information you are receiving from the spirit world or your Spirit Guides. You are very susceptible to receiving very valid information during your dream state from your Spirit Guides as you have just learned from our little history lesson.

1) First you should pick a good dream journal and leave it by your bed.

Pick something that you like, try not to just throw a few sheets of paper over there, unless that’s  all you have at the moment. A journal specifically picked to be your dream journal helps to keep everything in order and not be cluttered with other things like shopping lists, etcetera. Also, make sure that you have something to write with. I don’t want you searching around for something to write with in the morning.

2) This is very important: always write in your dream journal first thing in the morning.

You are still in a groggy state when you wake up, and you are still tapped into your higher consciousness, so this is when you can really get some great information. The later in the day it gets, the foggier the dream becomes and it makes it very hard to remember all of the details.

3) Try to write something in your dream journal every day for two months.

Even if it’s something short that seems insignificant. The reason for this is, many times writing will jog your memory of other things that happened during the dream state. It is also during these two months that you are honing in this new skill.

4) Ask for guidance before you fall asleep.

Talk to your Spirit Guide and ask them for their guidance. Ask them to help you with a specific problem at work, a personal issue, or whatever it is that you are stressed about. Do not get frustrated if you do not “dream” your solution right away. This is a training process; you are shifting your perspective on why you dream, and training yourself to utilize dreaming more effectively. This takes time. Your belief system has been in place for many, many years; with the perspective that dreaming was not even useful. This belief has allowed many people to block dreaming from their memory, as insignificant to their life. When you realize it actually is an extension of your reality with the potential to help you to receive much needed guidance, it can also be a little bit of added pressure.

5) Give each dream a name or title.

This helps you to find dreams faster if you are searching for a specific one later. It also allows you to sum up the over all “feel” of the experience you are going to be writing down. It’s like giving a title to a story. Or in some instances just by naming the dream or giving it a title can trigger an awareness of the overall meaning of the dream.

6) Put more emphasis on the “feel” of the dream than the actual dream itself.

Write down symbols and all of that, but make sure you note how you felt throughout the dream; lost, confused, happy, concerned, etcetera. This theme on how you “feel” is repetitive when developing your spirit communication skills. Your sixth sense is felt in the body and throughout this entire process you are going to retrain yourself how to get back in touch with these senses. So, in essence, how you “feel” during the dream is just as important as everything else you can remember.

7) After writing down your dream, look at your dream from an outsider’s perspective.

View it from outside of yourself and try and form an overall picture of what the dream means with no attachment. Try and connect the dots; if you are scared of something and you dream about it, then you are probably facing something during your waking conscious state that you are scared of. For instance, I used to be scared of tornados, so when I was really stressed out I would dream about them. If I was just a little stressed, I would dream about one or two tornados. However, if I was really stressed out, I would dream about six or seven of them, each one representing something different. When I dream about where I am on my life path, I will dream about roads. Such as where I am on the road, if I am lost on the road, etcetera.

If you do this exercise for a while, slowly you will be able to receive information from your Spirit Guide via dreaming. However, like I mentioned before, be persistent and patient. I worked on this for about a year before I got really, really good at it.

Living "Outside" of the Box

What was once supposedly working for people for the last 100-150 years or so, is no longer working. Many things happened during this time. Assembly lines were invented, and mass-production was born. Everything was in the process of becoming streamlined.
People were being over worked and underpaid. Corporations grew larger and richer, and people became numbers. Creativity was stifled and whoever had the best output or numbers was promoted.
So what has changed in the twentieth century?
NOT MUCH!
Fast-forward to today and you will find nothing much has really changed except for the items which are now being mass-produced. Oh, and computers of course. The digital age is upon us. However, the work concept, and way of living is entirely the same for most people. It goes something like this:
1) Grow up and hope to get a good stable job, with a good stable income.
2) Live paycheck to paycheck while providing for your family, and hope that in the meantime, you make a little extra money here or there to take a vacation or buy a newer car.
3) Meanwhile, miss a few of your kid’s life events due to work, and worry about how to pay for college tuition, as you don’t want your sons or daughters to live like this. (All while secretly hoping they understand and appreciate how hard you are working for them).
4) Go to work while sick as to prove to everyone what a loyal worker you are, (making sure to secure your position in the work place in case off any layoffs or cutbacks), while keeping your eye on the prize for all of your hard work and dedication…Retirement!
5) Finally retire and feel completely out of place. Worry about running out of money and how to pay future healthcare bills. Not exactly what you imagined it would be. as inflation and the stock market has taken its toll on your 401k.
6) Watch your children repeat steps 1-5.
No one is ADAPTING!
The industrial age is over and the digital age is upon us. Yet people are still excited to work for big production companies and corporations, as they seek “job security”. Oh job security! How amazing would that be? Not having to worry about getting a paycheck and going to work doing a mindless job, day after day, after day…
First of all, that sounds exciting! Or more like a prison sentence. Second of all, let’s talk about job security.
THERE IS NONE!
It’s a joke! It doesn’t matter if you work for Ford, Coca Cola Co., your local electric company, your state office, or the Whitehouse; there is no job security. It’s a myth. Why?
Because of three very important factors:
1) Trends – they are constantly changing.
2) Mismanagement – this happens more than you think.
3) The Economy – it can be volatile.
I’ve known plenty of people who have had their jobs cut, or have been laid off, whether it was temporary, or permanent, at ALL of those places.
JOB SECURITY IS AN ILLUSION!
So what do you do?
You adapt to a new way of living and a new way of working. You stop doing what everyone else is doing and live outside of the box! This should be your new motto, your new way of thinking, your new way of life…
Start by asking yourself these questions:
1) Do I currently do things differently than most people I know? Or am I on the same path doing the same thing as most everyone else?
2) Am I happy with my life?
Chances are your answer to number won will predict your answer for number two. So what does living outside of the box really mean? First of all, it means understanding a few things:
1) Living “inside” of the box is what 98% of the country is currently doing.
2) People are not ADAPTING to a new way of life, and it’s no longer working for them, or their families. They just think this is the way life is supposed to be.
3) They are not looking around to see what’s changing; instead they keep their eyes forward and they are following all of the other people off of a cliff. Stop being a follower!
4) People who are not adapting are finding themselves financially and emotionally spent.
5) This attributes to over 90% of health problems.
Guess who is ADAPTING?
The corporations and companies that you work for. Part of this process includes eliminating the jobs of people who are no longer an asset to the company. (Most people can be replaced at a job in an average of 4 days. Can you be replaced?)
Living “outside” of the box means adapting a new mindset.
It’s a different way of living and thinking. It is shifting your focus away from money, and security, to spiritual health, and happiness. What most people don’t know is that is the path to financial, and emotional security. They don’t know:
1) Happiness is directly tied to your money flow.
2) Creativity is directly tied to your happiness.
3) Spiritual growth and spiritual health is directly tied to creativity.
4) Physical health is directly tied to your spiritual health.
It’s a chain reaction and money is at the end of the chain. It’s a result of many other things that have nothing to do with money. However, there is a lot more to understand when it comes to this subject. In fact, so much more that I’ve written an entire book devoted to this subject called Universal Laws: 18 Powerful Laws & The Secret Behind Manifesting Your Desires which you might find useful.
“Living Outside of the Box” is not for everyone, it requires you to make a commitment to yourself to change your life, for the better. This is not very easy for some people. For others, they don’t even know where to begin. So I’ve made a list of four simple rules to help you get started.
Rule #1
Always seek happiness.
Determine what your happiness is on a scale of one to ten and commit to maintaining a five or above. Why not a ten? Because let’s be realistic, sometimes we have off days. It’s important on a regular basis for you to ask yourself, “Is this making me happy?” And it’s important to do this when decision-making. Most people underrate happiness and the overall affect it has on your life as a whole. Many people view happiness as a very enjoyable emotion, when it’s really much more than that. It’s a powerful gauge which reflects your spiritual alignment. If you would like some more suggestions on finding happiness you might want to check out The Pursuit of Happiness: 21 Spiritual Rules to Success.
Rule #2
Don’t follow others.
Find your own way. Everyone’s path, and what makes people happy can be very different. What works for others may or may not work for you. This is the time to get back in touch with yourself and who you really are on a spiritual level. Most people know themselves really well when they are younger, then as they get older they loose themselves, and loose touch with who they really are. Many times this can be the cause of divorce or even a midlife crisis. Which brings us to the next rule.
Rule #3
Find out who you really are and what you’re passionate about.
Rediscover yourself!
• Who are you? What are you passionate about?
• What did you used to like to do when you where little? Or even when you were younger?
• What do you get excited to talk about? Everyone has a subject that excites him or her, something they can talk about for hours. What’s that subject for you?
• What do you spend your free time doing? Or if you had free time what would you like to spend it doing?
• If you won ten million dollars tomorrow, what would you do with your life? What would the next year look like? Would you travel? Take dancing lessons? Go skydiving?
Make a commitment to yourself to understand who you are better than your friends and family do. The sad truth of the matter is, most people think they do, but they don’t.
Rule #4
Never “work” another day in your life!
Discover what it is you are passionate about and try and figure out how to make that your job. I’m sure you’ve heard the stories about people who when asked about their job reply, “Work? I’ve never worked a day in my life!” They love what they do, so they don’t consider it work. Be that person. You have a special gift. You have a skill no one else has, it’s in your Soul DNA and it usually lies within the area of your passion. Be creative, what is your skill?
• Can you teach it?
• Sell it?
• Do classes on it?
• Volunteer for it?
• Do something online with it?
• Rent a store space to use for it?
• Run it out of your house?
• Sell it at a farmers market?
• Sell it at a craft fair?
• Write about it?
• Wholesale it?
The possibilities of doing most anything you are interested in is endless, when you “Live Outside of the Box”. I’m always shocked at how many people cannot think of one thing to do with their passion. Challenge yourself, challenge your friends! I can usually rattle of ten things someone can do to make money with their passion, but you have to put effort into it! No one is going to hand you a to do list. If you need one, you’re better off staying inside the box.
You have to find your creative side you have to THINK! No more mindless working. Create, think, brainstorm, and experiment! Remember how much more fun science class was when you got to build rockets, then go outside and shoot them off? It was always much more fun than staying inside, and learning how to spot an adjective in a sentence. Boring!
For those of you who are still teetering on the edge of the box, I’ve also made a list of five common myth’s that tend to hold people back and keep them from moving forward.
Myth #1
You have to go to college to make a good living.
This is no longer the case. You need to follow your passion and desire to make a good living; everything else will fall into place. Unless of course your passion requires you to get a degree such as doctor or lawyer, then by all means, find a good college!
Myth #2
Working for someone else is more stable.
This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard! Working for someone else is far from stable, this was even reflected more recently with the government shutdown! Let’s be real here. A job is only as good as the company, and it’s growth and income. One false move by the owner or the managers, or one hiccup of the economy, can cause thousands of layoffs. Now I’m not saying owning your own business is the right move for everyone, I’m just saying, if you want to do something different, and job security is holding you back, you need to readjust your perspective.
Myth #3
Work is not meant to be fun.
Who said this? The people who you are working for? I’ll let you in on a little secret…work was never supposed to be work. For thousands of years people would become good at something, they would hone in a skill, something that they enjoyed. They would then use their skill to create a product, or they would teach other people what it was they knew how to do. Then you would trade for things you would need. So if others were not so good at growing food, they would trade for it. Or if they were not good at making clothes, they would trade for those too. Somewhere along the line these skills were given the title or label of work, and it stuck.
Myth #4
The economy is bad so I’m lucky to have a job.
The economy is only bad for some people, the people who do not want to adjust. If you stay at the same job you’ve had for years as people begin to get laid off and you don’t adjust, yes, there’s going to be a problem. If you see that your company is not adjusting to the customers needs, yes, this creates another problem. You know who doesn’t have a problem with the economy? Those who adjust. People who used to do well in construction, who have now branched out into remodeling, or diversified their business somehow. People who look at one door closing as an opportunity to discover another door!
Myth #5
If it was that easy, everyone would do it!
Adjusting, opening businesses, venturing out into a new job, if it was that easy wouldn’t everyone do it? NO! They wouldn’t and I’ll tell you why.
FEAR.
People are afraid to do something different, they are afraid to be different, they are afraid of the unknown. I believe that most people know they live inside of the box, it’s not a big secret to them. They’re comfortable and cozy in there.
When you’re comfortable, fear is illuminated.
Who knows what’s out there? If it were so great other people would be out there…right? Um, no! Because other people are afraid too. They are afraid to do something different than what everyone else is doing, they are afraid of failing, they are afraid of…well, fear itself.
No one likes to feel fear. It’s scary!
But did you know that the feeling of fear, and the feeling of excitement are essentially the same feeling? Your brain just labels this feeling one way, or the other, according to your perspective?
Well guess what, everyone is afraid at sometime or another. If you’re never afraid, something is wrong. It means you are too comfortable, and that means your “living inside of the box” because that’s where your comfort zone is.
If you ever do decide to do something different, and take a chance on seeing what is outside of the box, one person will be out there and that person is me. However, let me warn you. Once your out you’ll never go back! It’s way nicer out here…

The Law of Allowing

Universal Law #4
“The Law of Allowing”

The Law of Allowing — allowing things to move without resistance and to evolve and grow naturally.

This is one of my most favorite laws and I think one of the most important Universal Laws. Most people really struggle with this one, however, since we’ve been trained to think differently for most of our lives.

The Law of Allowing dictates that all Universal Energy runs in currents and these currents have a flow to them.

• When you allow the Universal flow to evolve and grow naturally, things will begin to manifest in a fluid non-chaotic manner.

• You are allowing the Universe to create and manifest freely with no interference.

• This law feels the most unnatural to most people because our brain is not “trained” to allow. We’ve been trained to think that allowing is being lazy.

• The state of allowing is the purest state of manifesting.

This law is really, really hard for people to wrap their minds around. Many times we (as people living a physical existence) have been trained to believe we must try and take control of every situation in order to control the outcome of what it is we desire. We have been taught to believe that without our guidance or control, things will not happen in the way we wish them to.

We must control our destiny!

The problem with this perspective and needing to have control is you’re under the impression that you know what the best possible outcome is. I hate to break the news to you, but you do not…

We are children of the Universe, and while we have our own ideas of how we think things must be done and in what order, Momma always knows best. The reason we can’t make this determination is because there’s such an abundance of ways in which the outcome we desire can take place, and many of them you don’t even know about! Many times the outcome the Universe has in mind is much better than the outcome we have dreamt up for ourselves. How can this be? You may wonder. It’s really fairly simple…

We do not have enough information to determine the best possible outcome for our desires.

We usually base our desired outcome on our physical perspective. From a physical perspective, our perspective is usually extremely limited. We are like kindergartners trying to access our desires.

So how do you work with this law?

• By accepting that you don’t always know the best possible outcome.

• By realizing that control is only an illusion and you will never be able to control anything, any situation, or anyone without consent. In actuality, there is no control, there’s only consent.

• By being open to what might come your way.

• By learning to let go of control and allow things to develop and unfold naturally for you the way they are supposed to.

Imagine there’s an abundance of Universal Energy, which is in constant creation. This energy is in constant flow, continuously creating and manifesting an infinite number of things at every given moment in time. The world and the people in it are a blank canvas to this Universal Energy, and when you allow this flow to create and manifest with it’s own vision in mind, something amazing happens.

This energy seems to be able to merge with your most intimate desires and manifest them right before your eyes!

It’s amazing how all things become so carefully orchestrated that it allows everything to fall into place so precisely. It’s as if you are watching the most incredible artistic flow you’ve ever seen, manifesting itself into a physical state.

However, when you’re unaware of The Law of Allowing, fear tends to drive your thoughts and you begin working with The Law of Resistance (next chapter), which is a law that is fear driven.

This can most definitely cause an issue with your love life. What’s the number one concern of most people when it comes to love?

It’s the fear of being alone.

Oddly enough, this fear affects most people. It affects people who are single, for obvious reasons. They’re currently alone and don’t wish to stay that way. But it also very much affects people who are in unhappy or are in unfulfilling relationships.

More importantly, it affects the choices people may otherwise make if it wasn’t for the fear of being alone.

This fear can and will affect The Law of Allowing.

People tend to make very bad choices based on fear and force themselves to stay in or choose relationships which are neither healthy nor a good fit for them. For instance, thought patterns based on fear go like this:

• “This relationship is so hard, but we’ve been together forever, and I hate to throw it all away.”

• “We fight so much, but when we get along, it’s really great.”

• “I think it’s best to stay together for the kids.”

• “This is what marriage is supposed to be like, no point in doing it all over again.”

These are all thoughts based on the fear of being alone. When misery is more tolerable than the thought of being alone, it’s really pretty sad. When you force yourself to stay in a situation (love or otherwise), which feels like such a struggle, even when you can choose a different route…well, that’s definitely the opposite of The Law of Allowing. It’s like trying to wrestle the paintbrush out of the Universe’s hand so you can paint a picture of what it is you want or what it is you think you want.

The problem is your dominant or alpha thought:

• “I’m not happy in this relationship.”

• “I’m miserable with this person.”

• “Relationships suck!”

Basically, if you do win the wrestling match, you’re really going to be putting graffiti on your wall, and not the pretty kind.

So stop resisting, don’t be afraid of being alone!

Trust in the flow and the creative power of the Universe, of something bigger than you. Trust in the notion that you deserve happiness in everything you do, relationships and otherwise. Trust that out of 7.5 billion people, there’s a very happy person out in the world you are meant to be with!

Part of the trust factor with The Law of Allowing stems from the belief that there’s only a limited amount of things in the world and all good things are already taken, or untouchable by you. Universal Law dictates this is not true on both accounts.

Unless…you believe it to be true. (Ahhh, those catch twenty-two’s).

Here’s what I mean:

Physical perspective —

You’ve been taught for so many years how fact is just fact, based on math. How things are not magical and how Santa Claus is not real. How life is hard and don’t expect it to be anything different. Thought patterns such as:

• “They only print so much money. The earth only has so many resources, this is scientific fact!”

• “There are only XYZ jobs available in my town, and there are ABC people looking for jobs. You do the math!”

• “How in the world is it possible for me to get out of my current debt? I have a ton of debt and not enough income coming in to make a dent in it. I just don’t see it happening.”

Now based on what you’ve been taught and what you based your knowledge of how you think the world works around you and how money is obtained, naturally The Law of Allowing would seem silly based on this perspective. There’s just simply not enough money, jobs, etcetera to serve everyone. So therefore, control is the alternative, so you think.

Universal perspective —

Some people never truly believed these things they were taught, because there’s also a bazillion instances of people who live quite amazing lives, people who statistically should not (according to the math and other things they've been taught thus far), and so they’ve decided those things must not be true.

• These people work quite nicely with The Law of Allowing.

• They will find their groove with the purest state of manifesting, just because they don’t share the same view as the rest of the world!

Amazing, isn’t it? They don’t resist the notion of money, jobs, or material things being in their reach, because their internal view is different. Anything they desire is reachable.

Anything is possible, anything is allowable!

They don’t resist the notion of where they can make an income, or how things might work out well for them, despite what everyone else says or thinks. They think things like:

• “Well, they need someone for this job, why not me? I’m qualified!”

• “There’s lots of people in the world making over 100K a year even in this economic downturn, not everyone is poor.”

• “Some people I know are doing quite well in life, they’re adaptable, and so am I!”

Think about this for a minute. Let’s say there’s an abundance of money (The Law of Abundance), a never-ending supply of it. And this never-ending supply is a river that flows by you at all times.

All you need to do is to allow some of it to flow into your world and not resist it (by putting up a barrier, or energetic dam around you), with the notion that it’s true and some of it belongs in your world.

This may sound weird, but your relationship with money works in a very similar manner as your relationship with people.

What is your thought process when it comes to money?

• “It’s not around much, but when it is, we have a good time.”

• “I will take what I can get.” (Low standards when it comes to what you can get.)

• “It’s always a struggle and it will always be a struggle, that’s just how it is.”

What’s your dominant or alpha thought?

(You’re taught) Money’s hard to come by and there’s a limited supply + (belief) I don’t see how it’s possible to be financially secure = No Money!

You don’t have to see to believe it…

Believe in something more powerful than what you can see.

Believe in something bigger than you.

Believe in something … DIFFERENT than everyone else believes to be true!

Do not follow the masses and resist a better life just because others have told you it’s not out there. If everyone did that, there would be no breakthroughs in the medical industry, there would be no spiritual development, or even past discoveries in the history of the world. Things would never get better for anyone!

Stop resisting change, stop thinking you know better.

Trust in the Universe and in the laws that dictate all things. Allow things to fall into place for you just once, and see what happens.

Soul Mate? Or Past Life Connection?

Have you ever met someone that you have an instant connection with? Have you ever met someone only to discover that you feel like you’ve known them forever? Or do you have a relationship in your life you know is not good for you, but somehow this person has an “unexplainable” hold over you?

Are they your Soul Mate? Or just a past life connection?

Is there a difference? Yes there is:

"Four" Signs of a Soul Mate

1) May or may not be an "intense" connection when you first meet.

2) Feels very different than other "relationships" you've had in your life.

3) They feel easy for the most part. There will be a flow that seems to drive you two in the same direction.

4) Feels "magnetic" in an uplifting way.

"Five" Signs of a Past Life Connection

1) Usually feels "intense" when you meet or shortly after you meet them.

2) Feels very different than other "relationships" you've had in your life.

3) These relationships tend to be chaotic in nature. Full of turmoil and many times angst.

4) Feels "addictive" without explaination.

5) Can leave you feeling "sick" or "drained" at random times during any interaction times.

Have you ever experienced any of these things?

Would you like some answers?

Currently I'm writing a book that will help explain all of these things in great detail. If you are having an issue with someone in your life because of feelings you can’t quite understand or explain and you would like some answers, email me and you may get a personal response in my new book.

What I’m looking for:

1) What are you having the most trouble with?

2) How is it affecting your life?

If you want some clarity email me at jennifer@keystothespiritworld.com and tell me your story!

5 Signs Of An “Energy Vampire”

There are a few very easy ways to tell if someone is an energy vampire, and some that are not as so easy. For the most part, however, they do not try to disguise themselves in any way, because they do not feel anything is wrong with them. They feel that they are normal.

5 Signs Of An “Energy Vampire”

1) Negative people!

Negative people are very easily spotted. Especially since they tend to pride themselves on the fact that they think this way. They are negative thinkers and they complain about everything. They are very powerful in their negative thinking. Even sometimes to the point of being overbearing.

 • They like to point out in a very arrogant manner how “stupid” people are around them, people who  “believe” in a better way, or “believe” that things will get better.
 • They don’t understand why these people refuse to accept the fact that life sucks, and bad things happen!
 • They complain about everything, from the weather, to what is on (or not on) TV.
 • They are argumentative, and they argue about everything. If you say the sky is blue, they will say it is aqua, or that it is actually an “illusion”.

Negative people like to be argumentative, and they love to bring people down to their level, or bring other peoples vibration down. They same way in which negative people become very apparent on your radar, when you begin to raise your vibration. Positive people are also very much on the radar of negative people, so if you are positive or becoming enlightened, or more spiritual, you will stand out to them, making them uncomfortable. Since they are also very aware of any mismatched vibrations, they pride themselves on being able to bring other people down to their level (or vibration). This may not be something that they say verbally, but internally this is something they seek and strive for. It makes them feel more comfortable.

2) People who are depressed, sad, needy, or critical most of the time.

This is similar to number one, however, instead of being overbearing, they have more of a victim undertone. Everyone has felt this way on occasion, and experiencing these emotions from time to time is totally, and completely normal. However, what I am talking about are people who chronically feel this way, with only brief bouts of happiness. These people are not hard to spot; in fact, you probably can name all of the people you know like this in under a minute.

 • They are depressed, and sad, with a victim like undertone to who they are.
 • They seem to be a victim to everything.
 • They may have an “I am not good enough or smart enough” attitude.
 • They take no responsibility for their own life or situation, because it is not their fault, life has dealt them a bad hand.
 • They are very NEEDY people!

Now granted some of these people do need to be on medication, or need professional help. But others do not. They are just cranky, needy people! They do not think there is anything wrong with them, and make this behavior a lifestyle.

These types of people will most likely never change, even when you sit down and try and help them find a way out. You must always be there holding their hand, telling them that things will be okay, guiding them towards the right direction.

They are incredibly draining and frustrating to deal with, because they are also very deceiving.

What I mean by deceiving is you can spend a great amount of time helping them with a situation, or helping them to “feel better”, and you can actually begin to feel like you are make some progress. They appear to be a little bit better, and they express eternal gratitude for you having helped them. So you leave their presence, feeling like you did a really good deed for the day. Only to realize later, that it was a temporary “feel better” moment. When you were not around, they went right back to square one. So you start over again, trying to guide them towards a better life again. You can clearly see it, why can’t they?

Because, this is who they are, a better life is unreachable.

You cannot, and will not, ever be able to help someone in this situation. If this is a repetitive pattern, they need a professional who is not “emotionally invested” in the outcome, and most likely this is not you. They need to find it within themselves to want to make a change in their life and you cannot do it for them, it has to be an internal wish.

These types of people tend to be very comfortable where they are at in life, we are just uncomfortable watching them stay there.

This is no joke. People many times resist with all of their might moving out of their comfort zone, and this is a comfort zone for some people. They need their own “aha” moment, and unfortunately, this is something which has to be discovered on their own.

3) People who are searching to fill a void in their life.

This can be a tricky one, because unlike the other four signs here, this one is not always easily detected. When people are unfulfilled in their own life, sometimes it is very easy to tell, as they will represent some of the other signs as well. But sometimes, when people begin to search for another way of thinking, or they begin to search for a purpose, which fulfills them. They can become what is called a “human sponge”. Which is both good and bad. They will sponge up knowledge, and they crave it, as if they have been in the desert without water for a very long time. The knowledge begins to feel like “replenishment” to their system, just as the water would. However, human sponges also tend to soak up as much energy as they can from the outside world, which many times will include you and your energy, if you are in their vicinity.

These people are usually very nice, well-meaning people, in search of something better for themselves.

This is why it can be so tricky, they are not negative, depressed, sad or even critical, but they are just lost souls trying to figure things out. In fact, many times from the outside looking in, they can seem very pleasant. But with a newfound “thirst for knowledge”, also comes a newfound “thirst for energy”, resulting in becoming an energy vampire. As these people begin to find their way, and find purpose in their life, their sponge will begin to fill up. They will no longer need to be an energy vampire, as they will begin to replenish and recharge their own system.

4) Drama queens.

This is pretty self explanatory, but in case you don’t know what a drama queen is, they tend to like drama, or be very drawn to it. They like to cause, or stir up trouble, and get everyone fighting. This can become a very addicting type of behavior, because drama queens like the way it “feels” when energy is all stirred up in a chaotic manner. The chaotic energy they feel from the drama, they enjoy! It gives them excitement! What is really happening, however, is this type of person needs to have drama going on to essentially “distract themselves” from feeling unfulfilled in their own life. So they cause, and start a distraction…aka drama.

When you are doing something exciting, rewarding, or fulfilling with your life, you can feel the energy stirring, internally. Positive stirring of energy feels good…it feels exciting! When you are unfulfilled on a soul level, however, you do not feel any energy stirring up inside. So sometimes people try and figure out how to mimic that feeling. These people many times will mistake “chaotic energy” for the “positive, fulfilling energy” you feel stirring inside when you are doing something rewarding.

5) Angry people.

This can be a rough one. Angry people, like some of the other “energy vampires” are also very easy to spot. However, these energy vampires are different.

These people can be very, very intense.

When dealing with angry people, they draw energy from you in a totally different manner. You put your guard up…literally! You put up an energetic shield in order to protect yourself. This is energetic shield is a real thing. When you feel as if you are walking on eggshells and feel like you need to have your guard up, in actuality, your spiritual body will put up an energetic guard or shield.

An energetic shield, will protect your spiritual self, from their intense anger and energy.

You will expend a lot of energy creating this shield out of necessity and protection. Angry people will then draw upon the energy used to create this shield. They will also go on attack. Here are some ways in which angry people will try and attack you:

1) Verbally.
2) Sometimes physically.
3) Talk about you behind your back.
4) Sabotage you when they can.
5) Do what they can to make your life miserable.

These people tend to have a vicious and evil undertone to them. There intentions are not good, and they seek out people to destroy emotionally or otherwise. This is “the dark side”. When you have to protect yourself energetically, verbally, or physically from someone consistently, there is no way to deal with this type of situation other then cutting them out of your life…period!
